The Hills: New Beginnings stars Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter have split earlier this month and have been spotted with their new flames; Brody was seen with model Josie Canseco, while Kaitlynn has continued her fling with singer Miley Cyrus.
Brody has been around since the 2nd season of the original The Hills when he started dating the show’s star - Lauren Conrad - and hooked up with many of the other stars on the show. In the 2019 reboot, The Hills: New Beginnings, viewers got to meet Brody’s fashion blogger wife, Kaitlynn. The duo had met at a party back in 2013 and made it official that October. Three years later, the pair got engaged and had a long two-year engagement. The reality TV stars got “married” in Indonesia in June of 2018 (although it wasn’t legally binding as there was no actual marriage certificate), and about one year into the “marriage,” fans watched on The Hills as the couple began to fall apart as tensions increased. The pair then split over differences, as Kaitlynn wanted to start a family and Brody did not. Just weeks after the split, Kaitlynn was spotted vacationing in Italy with pop singer Miley Cyrus.
Miley Cyrus has been going through a very high-profile breakup with her actor husband Liam Hemsworth. After their 10-year-long relationship consisting of breakups and make-ups, the A-list couple has decided to split. Miley’s rep told People, “Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers.” Even though there is hope that this on-again-off-again couple might have reconciliation in the cards, as it is only a split and not a full-on divorce, Miley is taking full advantage of the split as she was seen making out with Brody’s ex-“wife” Kaitlynn while boating around Lake Como.
While Liam is taking the break spending time with family back in Australia, Miley is back in Los Angeles with Kaitlynn. She and The Hills: New Beginnings star were seen together driving in LA in the same car after getting back to the states together. It seems Kaitlynn’s ex is already trying to move on as well as he was seen with the 22-year-old model, Canseco, as they were enjoying the nightlife in Hollywood. Josie and Brody reportedly met through The Hills: New Beginnings co-star Frankie Delgado in New York.
After the two couples split, everyone but Liam appears to be moving on, who is spending time with family at this time. Miley has since hit the recording studio, as she is presumably turning her heartbreak into music - and it seems there is still hope for the two to reconcile. As for The Hills: New Beginning stars, it seems the exes have been able to amicably handle the split while they move down two very separate paths in life.
