The 26-year-old EMT was killed in her home by Louisville Metro Police on March 13, 2020. Taylor and her playmate, Kenneth Walker, were in their home when police made a late-night hit with a prescription court request at some unsuitable area. Walker released a shot that hit one of the authorities traversing the doorway, and they returned release, shooting Taylor on different occasions.

On Tuesday, Goodlett appeared in an administration court in Louisville, answering a couple of requests from regulatory selected power Rebecca Jennings Grady. Jaynes and Goodlett later plotted to make a primary story when Taylor’s destruction began procuring public thought.
The examiner left the Louisville Metro Police division on Aug. 5, a day after U.S. Head lawful official Merrick Garland detailed new government charges in the Taylor case.

Goodlett needs to do as many as five years in prison for the conviction and is reserved to be denounced on Nov. 22. Judge Grady said there may be “extraordinary circumstances” that could move the court to push back the censuring date.
Jaynes, Kyle Meany and Brett Hankison were similarly summoned on accuses associated of the warrant used to glance through Taylor’s home, including different social freedoms encroachment, stunt, use of force offenses and obstacle. In an alternate indictment, Hankison was blamed for using pointless power when he pulled out from Taylor’s doorway, changed a corner and released 10 shots into the side of her two-room space.
